WA Area Longtime Member Questionnaire (AR-1)
Many of our longtime members are no longer with us, but their stories have been saved on the Longtime Member Questionnaire to live on as part of WA Area’s Al-Anon history. In keeping with the archival concept of Look to the Past to Protect the Future, this questionnaire is a guide for area and district archivists to use when interviewing or obtaining written information from longtime members (25 years or more in the Program). Group History Checklist
Many groups were closed or transformed to Zoom during or after Covid. Some groups have been here since the beginning of Al-Anon and maybe even before. We know this because of the records that have been kept. Filling out this form will help the WA Area archives keep your current group information. Many groups update the information annually. A good time would be in conjunction with your group’s anniversary. Click HERE to open and print the form.
