Events sponsored by an Al-Anon service arm – either a Group, District, AIS or Area – may be posted on our website. AA events sponsored by an AA service arm with Al-Anon participation by an Al-Anon service arm as outlined on page 90 of the 2022-2025 Al-Anon/Alateen Service Manual may also be posted to our website.

How? Click on the title of the event and a new window opens with the option to print the flyer by clicking the link that says “print flyer.”
Flyer Submission Checklist
- Is the event sponsored by an Al-Anon service arm?
- If an AA event with Al-Anon participation, is it sponsored by an AA service arm with participation of an Al-Anon service arm?
- Is it a PDF?
- Is it 8.5" x 11" in portrait mode?
- Is it free of any personally identifiable information such as a member's full name, photo, phone number, email, or physical address?
- Is it free of references to or images of non-CAL approved literature?
- Is this a special event rather than a regular meeting of your group?
Helpful information
- Flyers are generally shown against a white background on our website. Using a border or a background color will make them more visible.
- Remember that members will often be printing flyers on a home printer. You may want to avoid dark backgrounds that use a lot of ink.
